I consent to the show being filmed/photographed and my child getting a headshot taken

I consent to photos and videos from the show of my child being used fo advertising purposes by Atomic Dance. This includes and is not limited to, flyers, social media and on their website.

Show Video/Photography consent - The show and rehearsal will be photographed by a photographer. We will also be videoing all dances. These images and videos will all be shared with Atomic Dance parents after the show via our members hub. Photos and vidoes of your child will may be used for advertising purposes (on social media for example) if you have ticked the box on this form to consent to this. If you don't tick the box, photos and videos will be shared with Atomic Dance parents but will never used for advertising purposes.
